By using the site at www.goamplifyr.com (the 'Site') or any information, materials, images, graphics, data, text, files, links, software, messages, communications, content, organization, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, HTML, XML, Java code, and other content related to the Site (collectively 'Content') or services provided in connection with the Site (the 'Service'), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, as the Company may amend them from time to time in its sole discretion. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.
The Reputation Accelerator is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products, some of our programs have different refund and cancellation policies. All intellectual property rights in or arising out of or in connection with the Reputation Accelerator, AmplifyR platform, and all associated materials will be owned solely by Arthur Solutions Ltd.We hereby grant the Client a revocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use Reputation Accelerator materials for the duration of the program purchased. Any intellectual property the client creates using materials from the Reputation Accelerator program is owned solely by the client. You acquire no rights or licenses in or to any trademarks, service marks, trade names, or copyrights displayed on the Site. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, assign, sublicense, retransmit, sell, or prepare derivative works of the Site or Content, or resell or make our Service available to others.
Client Data shall at all times remain the property of the Client or its licensors. Except to the extent AmplifyR has direct obligations under data protection laws, the Client shall ensure (and is exclusively responsible for) the accuracy, quality, integrity, and legality of Client Data and that its use (including use in connection with the Reputation Accelerator) complies with all applicable laws and Intellectual Property Rights. If AmplifyR becomes aware of any allegation that Client Data may not comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, AmplifyR shall have the right to permanently delete Client Data that is suspected of being in breach of any of the foregoing from any of the Programs and/or disclose Client Data to law enforcement authorities (in each case without the need to consult the Client).
You may only use the AmplifyR Site, Content, and Service to promote and grow your existing business. You may not use the Site or Service to cause harm, distribute viruses, scrape data, spam, impersonate others, or attempt to hack into our systems. Violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
All testimonials and endorsements for AmplifyR and the Reputation Accelerator comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and other applicable laws and regulations. Testimonials used in marketing materials accurately reflect real customer experiences, and any disclaimers will be clearly stated.
You agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise distribute any material or content on AmplifyR that:
Is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or threatening. Encourages criminal activity or violates any laws. Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
AmplifyR reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Reputation Accelerator or AmplifyR for any breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to program materials or platform resources.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and Scotland, without reference to conflicts of law principles. All disputes shall be settled in Scotland through arbitration or legal proceedings where applicable.
If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
We may update these terms at any time without notice. The latest version will always be available on www.goamplifyr.com.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and GoAmplifyR regarding the use of the Reputation Accelerator and the site. By using the Site or purchasing the Reputation Accelerator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
